My main priority is helping founders build the teams behind their missions. That means everything from executive search for key leadership roles to the hiring infrastructure that gives every company we back faster, better support as they grow. The goal is making sure founders have the talent they need to take on the hardest problems and build global champions.

Getting to watch founders solve genuinely hard problems up close, and getting to help them build the teams that make it happen. The founders and the teams are incredibly talented, and I learn something new about the world from them every day. There’s a particular joy in helping them land the right hire and then watching everything click into place around it.
