As a legal counsel at Plural, I support the fund’s day-to-day legal matters, covering areas such as corporate governance, transactions, fund management and ongoing compliance. My role is to help create a solid legal foundation so our investors can stay focused on identifying and supporting visionary founders. I’m also available to assist our portfolio companies as they grow and navigate key milestones.
